Classes

Beginners
For those students who have not practiced Yoga before or are new to an Iyengar Yoga Class.
Inversions such as Shoulder Balance will be introduced in these classes.

Level 1
For those students that have practiced Iyengar Yoga consistently for 9 months or more.
Inversions such as Head Balance and Shoulder Balance are taught in these classes.

General
A class where students can move at their own pace as a simpler option is offered to those who need to progress more slowly.
